Others would describe hotel Perla de Sosua as: Serviced apartments, condos, or a hotel room that is less expensive than the resort hotel room and are geared toward priced conscience international traveler, who desires the ability to cook, have the extra spaces and living an apartment or condo lifestyle while traveling internationally.
We are a practical economical reasonably priced alternative to an expensive villa, a smaller and limited use hotel room, guest friendly providing the freedom that lacks at the all inclusive resort.
Only few minutes walk to the two beaches of Sosua Bay Beach and Playa Alicia. We are the last and seventh of 6 other properties located on a private Cul-de-Sac, its like absolute peace in the city center and ONLY up hill one small city block to ALL OF THE ACTION of Sosua. Everything is within walking distance; We are behind Popular bank and Bailey's restaurant, with Club 59, Classico, Latino Club, El Flow and other discos, bar, and shops and the Sosua Bay Grand Casino are all seconds away.
Perla de Sosua consist of Studios, 1 Bedrooms and 2 Bedrooms vacation condos, apartments type hotel rooms. Most with cooking facilities or kitchens, Some with full sized living rooms, balconies and separate dining rooms and all have air conditioned bedrooms, safes, ceiling fans. linen, and cleaning services provided, pool and community terrace on premises, along with free wireless internet access and free telephone calls to the USA and Canada

MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE PERSONEL: are on site normally from the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm. In the event of an emergency or other issue, please call 829-586-8645, 800-844-4156
CHECK OUT: Check out time is 11:00AM on your DATE OF DEPARTURE. THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR LATE CHECK OUT AND PRIOR APPROVAL IS REQUIRED. Please leave all keys, remote controls, and parking keys with the management. A $50 hour fee will be charged for each hour (or portion thereof) past the required check out time. A $50 per item fee will be charged for each lost key
CLEANING: Each property will be inspected, sanitized and cleaned after your departure. The rental deposit fee you have paid will provide for four hours of normal cleaning so that you can enjoy your vacation up to the last moment. YOU ARE REQUIRED to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it by making sure, dishes have been readied for washing, and the apartment is generally picked up and ready to be cleaned, dusted and sanitized. If additional cleaning is required, appropriate charges will be deducted from your security deposit at the rate of $25 per hour.
TELEPHONES: Telephones are NOT provided; if during office hours and Management is present telephones may be used to make as many local calls as you wish, BUT please keep in mind local calls do cost Perla de Sosua a per minute charge
SMOKING: Smoking is permitted. HOWEVER, an additional deduction from the deposit will be charged for cleaning in the event of smoking and any damages caused by smoking.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: You must bring with you such items as bath soap, shampoo, and all personal toiletries.
WHAT WE SUPPLY: The property is equipped and set up as a fully furnished property that will provide linens, pillows, towels, as well as a limited equipped kitchen, TVs, A/C in bedrooms, furnishings, and outdoor furniture. Additionally Perla de Sosua will provide at no additional charge, an initial BASKET of supplies (toilet paper, dish washing soap, personal soap) and towels, with the exception of towels and linen changes, after this initial supply is used you must re-stock from the local supermarket or other sources of supplies as desired. Keep in mind your apartment is cleaned and ONLY re-supplied with towels and linen changes every 3rd day (2 nights). Maid does have keys and authority to enter the unit to service the apartment AT ANY TIME! WE MAY NOT HAVE ALL THE ITEMS YOU MAY BE ACCUSTOMED TO HAVING AT YOUR OWN HOME. If there is a special type of item you are accustomed to using such as special types of cooking utensil, etc. please provide for those items yourself. THERE WILL BE EXTRA CHARGES DEDUCTED FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR REPLACING ITEMS MISSING.
TENANTS LIABILITY: Tenant agrees to accept liability for any damages caused to the property (other than normal wear and tear) by Tenant or Tenants guests, including, but not limited to, landscaping, misuse of appliances, and/or equipment furnished. If damages are in excess of the security deposit being held, Tenant agrees to reimburse Perla de Sosua for costs incurred to repair/replace.
SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES: Tenants and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: A. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity stated on the reservation confirmation. B. Using the premises for any illegal activity including, but not limited to, the possession, serving or consumption of alcoholic beverages by or to persons less than 21 years of age. C. Causing damages to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties. D. Any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their property. Any complaints from neighbors regarding excessive noise or other nuisances that may be cause for immediate termination of the lease and forfeiture of the tenant's entire security deposit plus additional fees.
