This furnished and fully equipped, two bedroom/one bath cottage is located only two blocks from prime surfing on Pleasure Point, Do you want a fenced yard, or off-street parking? We have that too. This lovely home has a queen size bed in the step down master bedroom and the second bedroom has twin beds with toys for little people.The living room boasts a large, comfy sectional sofa and chairs, wi-fi and cable TV. You will find most of the dishes and appliances in the kitchen that you would find in your own home, complete with coffee pot, gas stove, micro-wave and dishwasher. The cottage is tastefully decorated with its own original wall hangings. Washer and dryer, water, garbage, utilities, barbeque, cable TV and wi-fi are all provided free of charge. A porta crib and high chair are available on request.

The house is less than two miles from The Santa Cruz Beach Board Walk, Old Capitola Village with its beaches wharf, fine dining and novelty shops, and the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. Bus line or bike rentals are available. Enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of the pounding surf. Go beach combing/sailing/surfing. Rent a kyak and observe the wild life in the estuary. Hike, bike, ride a train or zip line through the redwoods. Drive the beautiful coastline between San Francisco and Carmel. Take care of business in Silicon Valley/San Jose area. Our cottage is at the center of it all.

The bottom line: This charming beach cottage is not a 5* hotel. It is more private than a hotel, more charming than a condo, and much more affordable than most other options in a beautiful setting.
