Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, appliances, cookwares and dinnerwares! Each condo provides hardwire and wireless Internet, cable TV and free local calls. Each condo has queen beds or twin beds to suit your needs, and is good for up to six person with six twin beds. <p>(1) This property is privately owned, the owner/management company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion and cannot be held responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. (2) Balance is due upon arrival, no refunds for unused days after arrival. Half day rate appies for departures after 11am. (3) Cancellation policy: Less than 7 days notice prior to check-in: security and/or initial deposit are not refundable. (4) Property is for residential use only, no subletting is allowed. Number of occupants shall not exceed the maximum permitted by community regulations. (5) Conducting any illegal activity by using the Internet Service provided in the property and community is a crime. (6) Guest authorizes the owner/management to charge to the credit card provided for the cost of any missing item and/or any repair for damage done to the unit. (7) The owner/management is not responsible for any personal belonging lost or stolen or damaged within the property. Safe guard your belongings. (8) To avoid a $100 charge for each occurrence, please refrain from smoking inside the property. All units are non-smoking. (9) The owner/management reserves the right to inspect the property from time to time with prior notice to tenant.
