This is not a 5* Hotel! It's more comfortable, more convenient, and much more affordable. This simple, one bedroom cottage is located on Monterey Bay, between Old Capitola Village with its beautiful beaches and fine dining, and the Santa Cruz Boat Harbor. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and two pads are available for extra sleeping space in the living room if needed. (The cottage sleeps a maximum of four.)
The living room has a white sectional sofa, reading lamp, cable TV, wireless internet and computer desk.. The kitchen includes a gas stove, refrigerator, dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, microwave, toaster and coffee pot, a table and chairs. There is even a private fenced yard. Washer, dryer, water, utilities, and off street parking are provided at no extra charge. Go beach combing or experience the sights, sounds and smell of the pounding surf. Walk your dog on the beach. Hike through the majestic redwoods of Henry Cowell State Park. Rent a kayak and explore Moss Landing estuaries where you can observe, numerous birds and sea life.
Be sure to try the wonderful dinners at the Fish Factory while you observe the otters and sea lions at sunset. Take a short drive down the coast to Carmel By the Sea, or check out the fabulous Monterey Bay Aquarium. Or, drive north along the coast to San Francisco. There are lots of activities and scenery to enjoy here, and this cozy, home-like cottage is in the center of it all. Come for a visit. You'll love it! Rates: 2 Night (minimum)/$250; 3 Nights/$375; 7 nights/$850; or, 1 month/2400 Add 10% lodging tax for stays less than 30 nights.

A 10% Lodging Tax is required for all rentals that are less than 30 days. A Deposit of $150 is needed to reserve the time, and is refundable if the cottage is returned in good condition. House keeping service is available on request. When the reservation is made, a contract will be e-mailed for your approval and signature. Names and ages of all occupants, telephone number and billing address are required for the development of a rental agreement and for the return of the deposit. In order to make payment, I can take a Visa or Master Card number over a secure phone line, or I can send you an invoice through Pay Pal so you can pay the Deposit on line.
The rent + tax payment is due thrity days prior to occupancy.
Renters must be at least twenty-one years of age. No more than four people may occupy the cottage. Smoking, loud parties, drugs and /or excessive drinking are not permitted on the premesis.
