<p>Fully furnished 2 BR, 2 BA mountain cottage w/ loft; sleeps 6. Rocking chair porch w/ mountain views; side deck w/ grill; fireplace. Great location for outdoor persons: hiking trails, motorcycle roads, Lake Lure, tennis courts, horseback riding. The beach @Lake Lure is great for kids! Easy 20 minute drive to Asheville, 15 min to Lake Lure, 30-40 min to Black Mtn and Hendersonville. </p>
<p>No cleaning fee charged. If you choose to have us arrange this, we will deduct the cleaning fee from your deposit. Deposit required to reserve. It is fully refundable if you need to cancel up to 30 days in advance; 50% up to 2 weeks in advance. Sorry, no refund w/in 14 days of the arrival date. The deposit is fully refundable w/in 30 days of your departure providing there is no damage the property other than normal wear & tear, and assuming that the tenant leaves the premises clean. A cleaning fee of $100.00 will be deducted if the tenant does not choose to clean the property.</p>
