All linens, cookware, dinnerware are included in this Tucson furnished rental. Completely turn-key living in this stylish southwestern decorated condo. You'll be just 3 minutes drive to Sabino Canyon Rec area and dining. Patio has lush vegetation and lots of birds to view! This is a smaller condo complex at the top of Kolb Road and shares a boundary with the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort and Spa. Many guests note how nice the community grounds are with natural desert landscaping, easy access to services at Loews and hiking out your back door. Enjoy 2 heated pools and spas, 2 clubhouses for gatherings, keyed business center with highspeed computers, keyed fitness center, lighted tennis court.</p>

<p>You can book online instantly at our personal website listed under our contact owner information. $300 security deposit to secure times and a small dog may be ok as a guest with $10 daily pet fee - please inquire. Check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am. We also charge a $95 cleaning exit fee with each visit. Please contact us with specific requests and we do allow for stays longer than 7 nights and shorter than 30 days. We pro-rate the weekly rates for extra nights. Late Check ins are fine as you will have a welcome package that includes security codes to let yourself in at any hour after normal check ins at 4 pm. This small and quiet community is well lighted for evening arrivals. We have 7 condos at this location and if you need multiple units this is the perfect set up as you will be just a few doors apart but still have your privacy. We can house up to 32 persons in beds at our Ventana condos - so if you have a larger group or reunion just let us know.</p>
