Laps of Luxury Package (ALL INCLUSIVE)
Rates include your personal full time staff being myself the 24 hour
Villa Manager, our trained Cook, Maid/Laundress, and Gardener/Nightwatch
man. Meet and greet at the airport by myself the Villa Manager with
escort to the West Coast and Pavilion Cottage, arrival along with
departure airport transfers are also included. Groceries can be easily
organized but are not included in the rate.
Lovely tropical fresh flower arrangements are placed throughout Pavilion
Cottage and replaced during the course of your stay. A wonderful
Champagne welcome awaits you at Pavilion Cottage with cold towels for
your soothing pleasure.
Basic Vacation Package (NON INCLUSIVE)
Rates include Maid/Laundress and Gardener service three times weekly. I
will greet you at the Villa introduce you to our Maid and Gardener, give
you a little tour and hand you your personal keys. From then on, you
have total control of your own comfort.
Airport Transfers, island tour and Champagne welcome are not included in
this package neither my personal attention nor the service of my
night-watchman or full time cook. Flower arrangements will be placed in
the Villa for your arrival only.
Booking Conditions
All rates are quoted in US dollars not inclusive of 7.5% value added
tax.
Rates are subject to change without notice. Special conditions apply for
discounts given, please contact us for more details.
We do request a 7 night minimum stay during our Summer and Winter
seasons. For our Christmas and New Year Period a minimum stay of 14
nights is required. We do sometimes make exceptions, so if you are
considering a 3-4 night stay please do not hesitate to enquire the
possibilities.
Although a mid-day departure time applies, where circumstances permit,
allowances are usually made for late departures.
Deposit Policy
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. We ask that you note
that the full invoice should be settled 90 days prior to winter bookings
and 60 days prior to arrival for summer bookings. If bookings are made
less than 90 days prior to arrival in winter and 60 days prior in
summer, full payment must be made at the time of booking by credit card
or via wire transfer. We accept major credit cards such as Visa and
MasterCard. Deposits are only accepted if the requested dates are
available.
Cancellation Policy
The penalty for cancellation will be as follows:
Summer
46 to 60 days, 25% of rental
45 days or less, 100% of rental
Winter
76 to 90 days, 25% of rental
75 days or less, 100% of rental
For both winter and summer if the accommodation is re-let for the full
period of the bookings, cancellation charge will not be enforced.
Refunds are made less any foreign exchange loss and finance charges. We
advise that you purchase a cancellation insurance to cover the cost of
cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. Should circumstances
dictate our inability to provide the specific accommodation that has
been confirmed, then by making a full refund of all monies paid to us on
account of the booking we shall be deemed free of all obligations. |
