The swimming pool alone will make the holiday for many guests. The beautifully shaped pool is 28ft x 14ft wide, with a lake view. The porch and pool area is fully screened to enable you to enjoy the pool and outdoor life long into the warm nights without having to worry about things that fly and, to complete the idyllic scene, the pool area is equipped with loungers, table, chairs and barbeque– a perfect arrangement for alfresco eating and entertainment.
The kitchen is fully fitted and has every appliance that anyone could possibly need, including a full size electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven and an enormous fridge freezer with ice- maker. Cutlery, plates etc. are also provided including pool- side glasses. The large utility room has a large capacity automatic top loading washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron are supplied together with a vacuum cleaner and a mop and bucket. There is a separate toilet with hand washbasin and mirror located next to the front entrance hall. On the first floor there are THREE FURTHER DOUBLE BEDROOMS, two bedrooms have twin single beds and the other larger room has a king size bed with a walk in closet and two seat sofa. All bedrooms have bedside cabinets, clock radios and lamps. The first floor bedrooms share a beautifully appointed bathroom with twin hand basins, toilet, bath and fitted shower.
ALL bedrooms are carpeted throughout and have wardrobes, and ample drawer space. The MASTER BEDROOM is located on the ground floor and has a Queen size bed, T.V, bedside cabinets, lamps, clock radio, and a dressing table with a large mirror above. The furniture is white stained oak and gives a fresh clean feel to the room and the windows either side of the queen size bed overlook the swimming pool. What a way to start and end the day!!
The lower floor has a vaulted ceiling which gives a wonderful feel of space, the family room has a three seat sofa, two seat sofa and an armchair, CABLE CHANNEL TELEVISION, DVD and VCR. This family room overlooks the pool, which is reached via the sliding patio doors. The living room is located near the entrance hall and has a queen sleeper sofa and a two-seat sofa. Both the family room and living room have coffee tables and side tables with large side lamps. The dining room has a large table and chairs for formal dining.

The Old Piggery You may well ask who came up with that name for the house, but we thought it appropriate as our surname is Trotter. The Old Piggery is in a quiet residential area in a circle road with only one access, but only 15 minutes from Disney and close to all the other major attractions. It is a wonderful home with 4 bedrooms all carpeted with plenty of drawer and hanging space. 3 bedrooms are upstairs with bathroom. There are 2 rooms with twin beds and a third bedroom with a queen size bed. The master bedroom which is downstairs is carpeted and well furnished and overlooks the pool. It has a large master bathroom with shower. On the ground floor you have a large entrance hall with dining room to one side and a well equipped kitchen for all your holiday needs. The lounge is carpeted and has comfortable sofas for the time you need to chill out. There is a stereo unit for playing tapes and C.D., a large screen TV with numerous channels to choose from also a video and DVD player which hopefully will amuse the children. Bathrooms and kitchen have newly tiled floors. There is also a downstairs toilet, next to this is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, a clothes dryer for things you can tumble. Everything else is provided from cots, highchairs and hairdryers down to food blenders in the kitchen. The pool is of good size with table, chairs and parasol and 3 loungers.

The villa is a tastefully decorated single storey home, it has three bedrooms and is fully air conditioned with private swimming pool, heated if required. The pool is covered by a protective netted enclosure called a lanai to keep all bugs away from our guests. It is maintained and checked regularly by our agents. The villa looks out onto woodland at the rear and gives a pleasant, peaceful atmosphere to relax in. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with en-suite facilities and a walk in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds. All three bedrooms have cable tv fitted. There is also another bathroom situated between the adjacent bedrooms. Located in the lounge is a sleeper/ sofa which turns into a Queen size bed and will sleep two people also. So six people can stay comfortably, but can sleep eight if required. A crib and high chair are also kept at the villa for our younger guests. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the modern amenities you can expect at home and much more. The fridge/freezer is very large with an icemaker, there is a microwave, toaster, coffee perculator and fruitjuicer with ample, pots, pans,crockery and cutlery. The breakfast bar and adjacent dining area give plenty of room for enjoying your meals. Leading off from the kitchen is a large double garage with washing machine and dryer for your laundry. A pool table and dartboard are also contained in this area for our guests enjoyment. The Lounge is spacious and central to the villa and has a three seater and two seater sofa. There is a large tv with cable, a video and cd player. The patio doors lead to the pool area for that all important cooling off after a hard day at the theme parks. The patio and pool have lights which makes a late evening swim no problem. There are two sun loungers and table and four chairs to relax in during your stay in the wonderful Florida sunshine.
