  This apartment is one of 9, in 3 neighbouring houses, with central facilities available to all guests: table tennis, table football, pool table, mountain bikes, wellness centre with gym, sauna and massage/facials, guest lounge with coffee/tea and home made cakes, library, DVDs and CDs, small guest 'shop' with food and drink. The apartment has bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, kitchen/dining room, large sitting room with LCD TV and DVD player and 2 balconies, one with panoramic views of the Arber mountain and forest. The house is located on the edge of the village, a few metres from the National Park, with lovely, well marked walks, and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and trains/buses. The village is directly on the border with the Czech Republic, within reach of Prague, Plzen and Cesky Krumlov and also Munich, Passau and Regensburg within Germany. This is a beautiful area with fresh, clean air, water from local springs and very few tourists. An ideal holiday for people who want above average accommodation in natural surroundings. The local towns and villages have beer and medieval festivals all summer. In winter there is a wide range of winter sports, from alpine skiing to snow shoe walking. Our properties are environmentally friendly and we support local businesses.
