The home is located on the end of a cul-de-sac, creating a very private setting. There is a 2 car garage and a deck area at the entrance. The 2300 square foot, non-smoking floor plan has two living areas with TV's, VCR, and CD/Stereos. There is plenty of comfortable seating with floor to ceiling windows with expansive views
The dining table seats 6 and there is a kitchen bar area for seating two. The kitchen connects to the family room.
The fully-equipped kitchen has all the appliances and goodies for a gourmet cook. It has a gas cook top, range, microwave oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, large refrigerator and all the utensils.
Also on this floor is a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a ½ bath
Just out of the family room is a large deck facing the NW with a BBQ and table for 6.
High Speed Internet Access So Bring Your LaUpstairs is the master suite with king bed, roll top desk, TV, VCR, and private bathroom with double sinks, separate tub and shower.

From this very private setting you are just minutes away from all the shopping, exciting restaurants, and unique galleries. For the outdoor chef there is a custom gas grill barbecue. In the evenings enjoy the star filled sky next to our gas "fire pit." The property backs up to Federal preserve which offers endless hiking trails for all levels.
The main floor has a living room area with lots of seating, gas fireplace and lots of windows. The living room joins the dining room with ten foot windows and views of the red rocks. The dining area has plenty of comfortable seating for eight. Both the living room and dining room exit onto a large deck with a table that seats 6+ along with outdoor furniture
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items for a gourmet cook.... We offer casual bench seating as well as a breakfast table. In the kitchen area is a computer desk offering a high speed cable modem... so bring your laptop!
The kitchen has all modern appliances, gas cook top, range, microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal and breakfast bar. The kitchen leads out to a deck, which also leads down to the pool and ground level patio area.
